Shandong Ming'en Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. (MING'EN PIPE) is a comprehensive pipe manufacturer that integrates research, production, sales and technical service for plastic piping systems and matching fittings. Based in Linyi, Shandong, we work with a mature local supply chain and efficient international logistics to deliver pipe products and complete system solutions to customers around the world.
Our range covers PE, PVC, HDPE, MPP and PP-R systems: PE water supply pipe, PVC-U water supply and drainage pipe, HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe, steel-belt reinforced spiral corrugated pipe, steel-wire reinforced PE composite pipe, MPP power conduit, CPVC power conduit, PP-R hot and cold water pipe, and a full set of fittings. They are used in municipal water supply, urban drainage, agricultural irrigation, power and communications, building services, industrial fluid transfer and underground pipe networks.
Made in China, delivered worldwide. We export to more than 40 countries across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and South America, and have supplied or taken part in over 100 engineering projects. 01 — Extrusion hallPE, PPR and MPP lines under one roof; raw compound goes in at one end, finished pipe comes out at the other. -
02 — Large diameter, De315 and aboveHeavy-wall PE is lifted by crane and checked end to end; the blue stripe is co-extruded, not painted. -
03 — Sizing and coolingVacuum tanks and haul-off set the wall and roundness; each station is monitored by the line controller. -
04 — Corrugated formingDouble-wall and steel-belt reinforced pipe formed on the corrugator, then cut to length. -
05 — Socket and bellBelling and calibration at the end of the line, so every socket matches the fitting it will take. -
06 — Finishing and inspectionFinal length, wall and appearance checks before end caps, bundling and the loading bay.
