PVC-U Drainage Fittings

Product overview

PVC-U drainage fittings are injection moulded to match our drainage pipe range, with smooth bores and full-depth sockets for solvent welding. The range covers the bends, branches, traps and expansion joints needed to complete a soil, waste and rainwater system.

• Wall thickness matched to GB/T 5836.1 pipe so the joint keeps full flow area.
• Solvent-weld sockets with controlled interference for a leak-free joint.
• P-traps and bottle traps with removable access for clearing blockages.
• Expansion joints absorb thermal movement in vertical stacks.

Connection and installation

Clean and roughen the socket and spigot, apply PVC solvent cement evenly, insert with a quarter turn and hold for 30 seconds. Install an expansion joint on each storey of a vertical stack and support horizontal runs at the spacing required by local code.

Sizes and customisation

De50–De200, 45° / 90° bends, equal and reducing tees, P-traps, sockets, caps and expansion joints. Colours: white or grey; special angles and non-standard socket depths can be produced to order.
